I've been busy working away on my yoga practice and study... and here is a blog post all about it over on the CorePower Blog!

It has been a real pleasure working with the guys over there documenting my journey with their social media, and I've had a lot of fun collaborating with them.

Yoga Teacher Training

At some point I remember saying something along the lines of "oh don't worry, this isn't going to be a blog about how I moved to Portland and found myself doing yoga".

Well I guess we have to throw that out of the window now, because its officially happened.

I'm currently mid way through my yoga teacher training to become a Yoga Alliance registered teacher! This weekend we are taking our anatomy class, which is proving harder than I anticipated.

I'm so excited to share more of my yoga adventures as my journey progresses!
